I spoke with Lance over the phone about my troubles with a ceiling fan installation, and not only did he patiently help walk me through my wiring issues over the phone, but was happy to check in with me afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any further issues. While I didn’t need to have him out to help in person, and didn’t get a chance to pay for his time and consult, he was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will absolutely use Lance and Burley Electrical for any further services I may require in the future.
